在电影《海上钢琴师》的开始部分，就是在马克斯第一次进入乐器店的时候，马克斯的旁白有这样一句台词："...It was teady.The John,I mean."其中的单词teady我一直没能找到释义。猜想大概是稳定的意思，谁能帮忙给一个准确的含义，在此谢过~

稳定, 踏实 = Steady.

Teady or Teddy as in Teady Bear= cute, lovely.

In US, Teddy is also a name or a nickname, for Edward or Theodor.

Teady on its own doesn't exist in my Oxford dictionary. Not sure where
"teady 踏实的 " comes from...

应该是固定的异性朋友的意思，还有踏实的意思…
